This is a 9-week training method to quit on smoking and never go back. This is a decision to clear your life from this addiction, ONLY IF YOU WANT IT TO. Syllabus of the service
During the first week we will work together to find the reasons of the desire to smoke and the reason behind any past failures in trying to quit if there were any.
This will take place in one to one sessions arranged between the two parties either in physical meetings where possible or through zoom meetings or live video calls according to the client’s preference. It is very important for you to understand that any addiction requires a lot of effort and dedication to its quitting.

Week 5 is the coming back to union phase. This is the realization that if you knew what you know now, you wouldn’t have been started smoking in the first place. You will need to understand that if you’ve made it till week 5, you might see yourself a little bit different ,a little bit more nervous and a little bit more emotional. You will have to understand that it is all a process to get your body cleaned from the addiction and the need for it to be replaced with a healthier to your body behaviour will be needed.
